A simple and thirst quenching iced tea for summer!
INGREDIENTS
1 quart filtered water, boiling
1 quart filtered water, cool
6 tablespoons Persian Mint tea
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Stir tea into boiling water, remove from heat and allow to steep five minutes. Stir in sugar. Strain, and stir tea into cool water. Add lime juice just before serving. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
Serves 12.
